1 – SIGIRIYA – THE LIONS ROCK
Sigiriya is a UNESCO World Heritage site and it lives up to its history. It was the ruling capital of King Kasyapa. It is one of the most visited tourist destinations in Sri Lanka.
You have to take long but thrilling stairs to climb up top. On the way, you will find some of the masterpieces, the paints of Sigiriya. Photographs are not allowed here.
