Tour Drivers are prohibited from allowing illegal substances and open containers of alcohol in their vehicles. Drug or alcohol use by Tour Drivers while using the Srilankatourdrivers.com app is strictly forbidden. Travelers can request the end of a trip if they believe a Tour Driver is under the influence.
2.Human Trafficking Prohibition:
Engaging in human trafficking, including the commercial sexual exploitation of children, will result in the loss of access to Srilankatourdrivers.com.
3.Drowsy Driving Prevention:
Tour Drivers are responsible for transporting Travelers safely, adhering to road rules. Drowsy driving can cause accidents, so Tour Drivers are encouraged to take breaks when needed. Travelers should always abide by seat belt laws.
4.Disabilities:
Srilankatourdrivers.com expects compliance with Sri Lankan laws regarding transportation for travelers with disabilities. However, Tour Drivers have the discretion to refuse transportation to Travelers with animals.
5.Following the Rules:
